The complete lack of signage makes finding this place a frustrating experience!!! Additionally, the outdated facilities and discomforting smells in the room need immediate attention!!! There’s room for improvement in basic amenities as well!!!

The room was clean but way too small for three people. Got hit with a weird formaldehyde smell—definitely not great for sleeping. There was only one towel for us and the TV felt super old, like from the dark ages. Half the outlets didn’t work and the air conditioning was stuck on full blast. Had to search for hand towels, but at least we found them eventually. Pretty basic, and I wouldn’t book here if I were just visiting San Juan. You really need to know your way around to get in too.
